Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Availability

  • All wedding officiant and counseling services are scheduled by appointment only.
     
  • We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
     
  • Rush bookings may be accepted based on availability and may include an additional fee.
     

2. Payment & Fees

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date.
     
  • Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the ceremony.
     
  • Counseling sessions are billed per session and can be paid in advance or at the time of service.
     
  • Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or approved digital methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled at least 14 days prior.
     
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled ceremony or session may result in forfeiture of full payment.
     
  • In the rare event we must cancel due to emergency or illness, we will offer a full refund or help secure a trusted backup officiant.A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date.

4. Pre-Marital & Marriage Counseling

  • We offer non-clinical, layperson counseling focused on communication, connection, and spiritual growth.
     
  • Sessions are confidential, respectful, and guided by personal experience and prayerful wisdom.
     
  • We are not licensed therapists and do not provide mental health treatment. 

5. Ceremony Preparation

  • Couples will be invited to a planning session to discuss ceremony style, tone, vows, and any custom elements.
     
  • Final ceremony scripts must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.
     
  • We welcome custom vows, family involvement, and cultural traditions.

6. Code of Conduct

  • We serve all couples with respect, integrity, and care.
     
  • We reserve the right to decline service in cases of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
     
  • All services are offered in a faith-friendly, non-denominational spirit — honoring your values and boundaries.

7. Travel & Location

  • We serve the Bay Area and surrounding regions. Travel fees may apply outside a 30-mile radius.
     
  • Outdoor or offsite locations must be accessible, safe, and approved in advance.
