Includes: ceremony planning call/text support, a customized ceremony script, officiation, and on-site license signing.  

Please note: A  $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. 

• Grace Period — First 15 minutes: $0
• Ceremony Overtime (starts after 15 minutes past the scheduled start time and only if the officiant is available to stay — $50 per 15-minute block (or any portion) 
• 16–30 minutes late: $50
• 31–45 minutes late: $100 
• 46–60 minutes late: $150 
• 61–75 minutes late: $200 (and so on)

Note: Overtime starts from the scheduled start time on the contract, not “when guests finally sit down. 

Your booking reserves a 60-minute time window (arrival + ceremony). If the ceremony has not begun within that window, we may need to leave due to another scheduled event.

If the wedding party/witnesses make an error on the license certificate, and you must go in person to correct/refile:

• License Correction Service Fee (your time + trip + resubmission) — $100 (flat) 
• County Clerk Correction / Refile Fee (pass-through) — $50 (or “actual county fee” if it varies)

Total typical license correction cost: $150

 Pre-Marital Counseling Session (1 hour) — $175

• Suggested note: “Layperson counseling focused on communication, expectations, conflict, and building a strong foundation.”

• Rehearsal Attendance (up to 60 minutes) — $150 
• Rush Booking (booked within 7 days of ceremony) — $75
• Holiday / Peak-Date Surcharge — $50–$100
• Extra Planning Meeting (30 minutes) — $50
• Travel Fee (outside your included service area) — $1.25–$2.00 per mile round trip
• Parking/tolls — pass-through at cost
• Second Ceremony Same Day / Same Location — $250 
• Mic/Speaker PA support (if you do not provide it) — $50
